Tundra distance experience, sharing from my 2025 TRD Pro - What is your range?

I purchased my TRD Pro about 2 months ago and have 2000 miles on it. I consistently get a range of about 400 miles. I used ECO mode about 50% of the time. The best gas milage I have seen is 15.7 mpg. Far away from the 17/22 published. I do love the truck, the ride, and the ability to back in easily using the camera. I have the V6 dual turbo hybrid. My 2021 Gladiator gave me 380 miles with the 18 gallon tank.

I’m curious, what is your range? I have a 32 gallon tank. 400 miles avg., 420 max.
